Mushroom-Paneer-Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Paneer
  • 2-3 Green Chillies
  • 200 gms Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1-2 spring onion
  • Amul fresh cream
  • 1-2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk


Method:

  1. In a pan or kadhai, heat some oil and out sliced mushrooms, spring onion and green chillies
  2. Saute on a high flame till the water evaporates
  3. Add salt and saute again for few minutes
  4. Add crumbled paneer and keep the flame low now
  5. Add some. milk and cream.
  6. Let the milk evaporate a little and finally your quick tasty dish is ready.
