Mushroom-Paneer-Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
- Paneer
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- 200 gms Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1-2 spring onion
- Amul fresh cream
- 1-2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Milk
Method:
- In a pan or kadhai, heat some oil and out sliced mushrooms, spring onion and green chillies
- Saute on a high flame till the water evaporates
- Add salt and saute again for few minutes
- Add crumbled paneer and keep the flame low now
- Add some. milk and cream.
- Let the milk evaporate a little and finally your quick tasty dish is ready.
