Potato spinach Quiche recipe


Ingredients:
  1. 1/2 kg potatoes
  2. 1 kg spinach blanched and cut finely
  3. 500 gms milk 
  4. 4 eggs
  5. 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper 
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 cup grated cheese 
  8. 2 tbsp flour
Method:
  1. Boil potatoes and cut in round shape
  2. Beat eggs. Mix in salt, pepper, Maida. Mix well. Add milk and whisk.
  3. In a baking tray place potatoes then spinach. Sprinkle little salt pepper and cheese. Go on repeating the layers till you finish.
  4. Pour the egg milk mixture.
  5. Finally top it with grated cheese.
  6. For more taste can add cream and butter.
  7. This pic does not have any cheese or butter but it taste heavens if you add this.
  8. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or till your tester knife comes out clean.
  9. The sauce here is a quick mix of tomato sauce, Mustard sauce and some vinegar. Try. Share the results.
