Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg potatoes
- 1 kg spinach blanched and cut finely
- 500 gms milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 tbsp flour
- Boil potatoes and cut in round shape
- Beat eggs. Mix in salt, pepper, Maida. Mix well. Add milk and whisk.
- In a baking tray place potatoes then spinach. Sprinkle little salt pepper and cheese. Go on repeating the layers till you finish.
- Pour the egg milk mixture.
- Finally top it with grated cheese.
- For more taste can add cream and butter.
- This pic does not have any cheese or butter but it taste heavens if you add this.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes or till your tester knife comes out clean.
- The sauce here is a quick mix of tomato sauce, Mustard sauce and some vinegar. Try. Share the results.
